Returns Policy – Pillar and Taper

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’d like to return something, here’s how it works:

Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can put it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised products (e.g. customised candles, wedding favours).
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

If your personalised item arrives damaged or defective, email us and we’ll help.

Exchanges

If you’d like something different, return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if a refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
